It is a particularly fast journal. Unfortunately, when it was submitted, it was in the first tier, but after revisions, it was moved to the second tier after 25 years. It's a pity. I originally wanted to withdraw the submission, but after putting some thought into it, I decided not to. Overall, the journal's efficiency and quality are still good. I will continue to work hard on the next article.
