This manuscript does not meet the standards established for the journal to be considered for publication, and it is in accordance with Frontiers policies. I am not sure where the problem lies, but at least the rejection was quick. Previously, I submitted to the second-tier journal BMC Cancer and it was sent for review. I do not know what this third-tier journal is thinking.
